New Outfit...

I thought I'd show off Joel's new outfit to you. I put him in this for church yesterday and he was swarmed with adorers:-) What a little man!

First Mother's Day!

How fun to be in the Mother's Club! My first Mother's Day was a great one. For Mother's Day, our church awards the eldest mother, the mother with the most family members present at service and the mother with the youngest child....hooray, that's me...I won! I beat another lady by about 10 weeks:) Below is a picture of my cute little prize and more importantly, the little ham that allowed me to win the prize...


After church we decided to drive up to Edgerton and surprise Mom Stiver for Mother's Day by showing up unannounced. She was definitely surprised and we had a great visit. Happy belated Mother's Day to all of you mothers:)

Purses, Purses and More Purses!

So Saturday I went to the Vera Bradley sale in Fort Wayne with Mom Stiver, Meg and one of her friends. It was so great!!!

Every year she has a huge sale lasting 3 or 4 days. There was everything from purses to slippers, backpacks, shirts, umbrellas, totes, and more! The prices are pretty unbelievable. I spent $100 for probably $800 worth of merchandise. It was well worth the trip. I purchased one purse for myself and the rest are gifts for Mother's Day, Birthdays, Christmas, etc. I'll definitely be going back next year!
