Visit to the Zoo on the Hottest Day of the Summer!

Joel and I went to the zoo yesterday. It wasn't planned I just decided in the morning that it might be fun as I've been wanting to take him. We have a membership and have not been yet. IT WAS SOOOOOO HOT!!! Although we still had a good time. We mainly visited the 'Oceans' exhibit and Dolphin Show which is all indoors with a/c;-) He loved it. It was so fun to see all of his reactions. He kept saying, "more, more" every time he would see a fish, shark or dolphin. Very fun!

Yesterday he turned 18 months old...I really wanted to get a few pictures. But being in the heat, taking care of him and being pregnant was all I could handle.

On last night's news it said it was 92 degrees yesterday and the hottest day of the summer so far. I'm looking forward to going again when the weather is a little cooler. That's all for now!

Stiver Family Vacation

We had a great time in Tennessee with Brian's side of the family. We played cornhole, swam, went to the beach, played tennis, relaxed and ate lots of great meals!!! Joel had a great time being around his cousins. Thanks Mom and Dad Stiver for the trip.
