I don't think I've gone this long without having something to say or post on my blog. For some reason I'm just not into it right now. The blogger police have been very merciful this time;)
For now, I'll simply update you on the happenings here and save pictures for another time...
Joel is doing well. He's almost 15 months(next week). He is still not interested in walking. Although he loves to walk behind his walker...but will not try without it. His vocabulary amazes us. These are the words he can now say(and I'm sure it sounds crazy, but with very clear pronunciation)...baby, amen, phone, mote(for remote), bubba, normal, pawpaw, mama, dada, nite-nite, bye-bye, hi, no-no, yes and yep, shoe, two, five, wow, ball, and oh. And then several more which aren't quite as clear, usually only one of the syllables. We haven't done anything out of the ordinary to teach him, so it's not us. What a smart cookie! So that's my bragging on my child:)
Brian is doing really well with a new health plan. I won't say much about it other than he's really watching what he eats and has been regularly exercising for the past 2 and 1/2 weeks and it's starting to pay off.
I'm doing well. I had a great 33rd(eek!) birthday on Friday. We went to see Race to Witch Mountain. It was entertaining. Definitely not as good as the originals, but still fun to see. Thanks for all of the phone calls, cards and gifts:) They were and are much appreciated!!!

Wow, all those words at 15 months. My goodness!! Make sure you are getting all those words on video. That is awesome. Can't wait to see you guys this weekend! I have more shoes for Joel.
I did get most of them on our camcorder, but I can't seem to get him to do it for the camera video, otherwise I'd post them:)
We're excited to see you guys as well...sweet, shoes!!! We are in need.
