Last Friday afternoon Brian did quite a bit of landscaping for me. We went to Menards, picked out flowers and bushes and he worked all afternoon with a little help from Joel. Poor Joel ended up with a spanking for sticking globs of dirt in his mouth. He loves to put rocks and dirt in his mouth and we've been trying to break him of it.
Saturday morning I was treated to a massage at our church. We had a Mother's Day Spa event. Soooooo relaxing!
Then Saturday afternoon I headed up to Garrett for my niece's birthday party at the Garrett Bowling alley. Sadly, Brian had to work, but I was able to ride up with Janet so that made the trip a little easier. It was good to see everyone and Joel loved it!! That was Joel's first experience at a bowling alley. My brother helped him roll the ball down the lane a few times. He really enjoyed that, but was very upset that he wasn't able to crawl down the lane.

Brian....planting flowers....it must be loooooooove...Joel is looking so tall....landscaping looks great! When you guys coming up? The pool will hopefully be ready in another week.
