Of Late...

So, I haven't done the best job recently capturing our outings on the camera, so I'll simply give an update on the last few weeks of life in the Stiver house.

The first week of August, Brian went to youth camp, which I was not looking forward to spending alone, but it ended up fine. Joel and I enjoyed time with friends within our church...went to the pool, downtown Indy for lunch and ice cream, toddler time at the library and a few other fun things. And my stepmom came over to help start turning the guest room into Joel's room. I got quite a bit of stuff accomplished.

After Brian got back, I went to Women of Faith, which is an awesome Christian conference for women with my mom-in-law and most of the women on Brian's side of the family. It was great and I plan on going again next year.

Last week, we went to the state fair, which I enjoyed-wasn't Brian's favorite thing. And we spent the last two days at Indiana Beach. We went with several couples from church so it was a lot of fun to be with them. But we really didn't care much for the park and won't be returning.

I'm getting tired of being pregnant. I'm only 29 weeks, so I really need to get over it! My belly is getting so big and it's starting to get really uncomfortable. But it'll go quick I'm sure. I'm also kind of sick of summer and the heat. I think that has a lot to do with it. I'm ready for fall and cool, crisp air.

That's it for now!

Can you say pregnancy "blahs?"

Again....enjoy every moment. I know it's hard, but when it's over, it's over. :(
Hang in there. The reward is far greater than the pains of pregnancy. (I know you already know that.) ;)

Thanks for the encouragement Manda:) I just told myself this morning not to wish this part was over...before I know it he'll be as big as Joel is.

I'm sorry woman, but you have no right to be the blog police! If you'll notice on your blog...
you went from July 14th until Aug 19th with no updates. I need at least 6 months of frequently updated blogs to take you as a serious "blog cop!" So there:P
